effects not fully sliding

how do i fix this where it doesnt completely slide when trying to modify effects

this is a bug thats been happening for abit, sometimes your screen can register something else is being placed on it, so it stops the slider completely, best thing to do is either re-install, clean yo screen n pray for tha best
