Can someone help me with After effects time mapping (twixtor pro)? I followed like 10 tutorials but the things speed up my clips instead of slowing them down?

Ok so i made my time maps now
If i go the the graph after making them easy use
and i change anything to this clip (its a 3 sec clip) it changes everything to slow mow before and speeds up everything after the clip even tho i'm only changing this 1 clip
