align camera rotation to the same as footage (AE)

I'm trying to make a [Cyberberpunk 2077 menu intro]-like intro, and firstly, I want to align a 3d camera with exactly the same perspective, and I tried plenty of time, but I don't get any good result, always good on one edge but not on the other, so who knows where I can get the "camera infos" of this, because the field of view and other stuff that I put were probably janky, and does anyone have any techniques? youtube only provides me with tracking stuff, but I know how to use 3d tracker camera, but i don't know how to do that

you need to motion track ur clip, for this right click on ur clip clayer select tracker

then select analyse to ur 3d camera tracker effect

once it loaded hold shift and select the part where u want to put the text

right click and select text and camera

and normally ur text will be automatically tracked
