because on tiktok the video size like 134mb becomes something like 60mb or so they precompress the file which may damage the video quality if u didn't compress it yourself so they do that for u which cause this thing which is why when u're watching videos on tiktok they won't be in high quality at all like youtube cuz yt gives u the ability to upload and download videos within 10GB and more unlike tiktok which lasts 2GB and less
