Yo, like i want to make this flag (Latvian) to be like the texture/color of the text, but so it fits the text (you can see the text as black lines in the middle), im just making a drill remix for a song from my country (Latvia), and thought making this would be really cool

Basically i just need a tutorial, or if anyone can explain me
