from where did you get your ae and media encoder cuz that.means the place u got it from it u did reinstall it can be a reason or a missing file from the program itself or u have a virus and if u rest the whole program that can help u if u messed up in settings

dont use handbrake
except use media encoder as handbrake
if you dont have good settings on handbrake it just destroys the whole quality
so
after rendering on after effects
just drag the mp4 on media encoder
like that
and export it
if you still getting the same error
try to use my sets

Try to render another project and see if it is any different
If so
Then it’s something to do with the settings in the project
If that still doesn’t work
Try importing the aep into a new comp
Open the comp you want rendered
And render that
In a new aep file
If that doesn’t work still
Reinstall encoder
