The concept itself is nice. A lot of things are out of key though. The vocals have an inherent key built into them and the chords you used in the buildup and the bassline you used during the drop don't match the vocals' key properly, so things sound a bit dissonant. The ringing UK sample sound is also out of key. Getting things in key will help everything fall into place and sound more cohesive.
Kick can use some more subs/oomph.
Bassline is rather high... it won't hit hard in the club as most notes in the bassline are well above 60hz. So either dropping the higher notes down an octave or adding a separate sub layer would help a lot in that regard. Only the last note A# is under 60hz. The rest wont really have that sub energy that you will want went playing it on a big sound system.
Some automation on various elements, such as the main bassline will help keep things interesting. Opening up the filter cutoff or changing the release time could help (assuming you made the synth - If it's just a sample this is not possible).
Drums sound a bit loopy, having some variation would be nice. Bringing in elements over time, and adding different elements like rides, rim shots, extra hats/claps, etc...
Are you trying to get the track signed on labels? or plan to do a self release? Typically, I'd recommend staying away from the popular splice vocal samples if you are trying to get signed. Or if you do use them, try and chop them up or do something unique with them. I know a lot of people who have used this sample in the past (myself included) and A&R at labels won't touch it.
amazing, thanks mate

one day hopefully
for now ill keep dreaming xD
