bass is pretty cool, i'd look for a solid reference track, and copy its arrangement / structure. Start offf more minimal and then add in more elements over time and the track will be finished in no time.

a solid reference is key for finishing tunes. it will show you what needs to be done to complete the track. just drop it into the project file and copy its structure / arrangement / levels / transitions.
you have alll the elements already, just need some quality copying and pasting and progression
In this tune in particular, i would proabably lower the volume of the atmospheric / reverby sounds. You can probably drop them by 4-5dB and it will really open up more space in the mix
Might want to choose the least important sound and remove it too, to help open things up. there's a few atmospheric kinda sounds going on at once, and you can probably remove one without changing the overall feel of the tune
And a little more sidechain on these types of sounds will help too
