My snow wolves images are broken. They are either partially invisible or look like a static TV screen.

That looks like it is either an issue with a mod you are using, files need verifying as they are corrupt. The worst possible is that your PC is overheating as that would lastly perhaps be an issue with the graphics car.
This is a Player helping each other channel could report it as a bug #bug-reports or ingame escape menu.

Thanks for the suggestions @jagged sandal . I am running a completely vanilla game on a seven-month-old gaming rig with a 5070 video card. I have reported it. I should have been clearer in my post. I was really wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

Did you verify files? The next thing might be rebuilding the shader cache. because that's definitely not typical (I've never seen it before).

Happy to help and people like Twist know a lot more try to trust in what they say. See a blue name listen they know their stuff.
This may not do anything but are you using Game Ready Drivers or Studio? Try to swap to Studio. First make sure your GPU drivers are up to date. I use Studio since the issues with Icarus and Game Ready. There was an update for studio 4/28, no clue if Game Ready has one too.

I just tried rebuilding the shader cache as Twist suggested, but to no avail. I am running Game Ready. Downloading the Studio drivers right now to see if that fixes it. Thank you both for taking your time to help me.
