If you check each one with the crude oil piping tool, do you see the rest of your crude oil network?

Sounds like only 3 pump jacks are connected (they provide 200ml each).
Hook up a flow meter to your oil network and check how many pump jacks show up.
It might be a connection issue somewhere...

Had them all hooked up. When holding the oil piping tool and pressing R on the line, sometimes the inspection wouldnt show up.. quite a bit of the times actually
