does anyone else have any issues with fram rate randomly dropping and then coming back to normal and dropping again? (I have dropped all my settings to low to test this and still have it) I have a 9070XT and a 7950X so my CPU and GPU should be fine (also RAM is 64GB)
as soon as I tab out the game jumps back to 120FPS as well
seems to mostly happen when I use mounts or aim down sights.

Using Mods? Streaming while playing? Have 2 screen what is your Task Manager saying about usage? New update so good chance you have corrupted data from the update so Verifying game files could clean this up. Also Game Ready Drivers do NOT work well with Icarus so switching to Studio could help, has for a lot of people.
