Can only tell you I have never had such issues in all my hours.

Try standing still when dropping the carcass.
Seems to make a difference for me.

Why worry about the video. If they wanted/needed that they can ask for it. Posting here again may not get the attention it needs. I am just a player like you can only give advice nothing more. I have no connection with the Devs or mods. I volunteer my time where/when I can because I choose. Sometimes what you feel is needed really is not. Sometimes it is needed but all the time it must be reported correctly to know that it will be seen by those that matter. This is for players/community to help each other nothing more.
