Ill check the drivers, how i revert to d11 if i need It?

In my case the error said that the antivirus of Windows (probably) the smart app control couldnt check the author of a file of the Game

it didnt fix it, and i hace all the drives updated

"The CreateProcess() returned 11c7 error, often occurring with Steam games, generally indicates that Windows Smart App Control or antivirus software is blocking the application from launching due to unrecognized signature/security issues. To fix this, disable Smart App Control, add an exception in Windows Defender, or check for file corruption."

So check your virusscanner, do a Steam file verify.
Also make sure you're not running any mods (and yes, that does include things like WeMod)

i did it all and npthing worked till i uninstall all and reinstall all including windows
