Known bug, usually only happens rarely, so you can ignore it unless it becomes a problem

The bigger your base gets, the more building pieces and benches need to load in upon prospect start.
At some point (especially if the DS is running on weaker hardware) a building piece might break before stability calculations are completed.
It'll happen from time to time, but usually it isn't too bad - just one floor piece missing.
A missing bench would hurt more though, I admit.
But hopefully you now understand why it happens, and can take steps to reduce the risk.

So I don't know how fast the underlying CPUs are at GPortal.
