It's basically game functionality (mouse clicks interacting with the game)
You don't want your game to prevent external mouse clicks
Because that would mean genuine mouse clicks won't work either
The game is not an application designed to prevent auto-clickers (if the game would look at external processes and interact with them, it would be considered a virus instead of a game)
So no, I wouldn't call this a bug
I would call this an unnecessarily elaborate way to gain experience, whilst there are way easier and faster ways to give yourself experience points

If you are using an autoclicker then that would be the only reason it is so easy. Otherwise would not be so easy. Much like using a Trainer program.
Mostly a SP game so does it really matter? There are really no public servers as there is no way to lock your stuff so if you do not PW the server griefers will come.
