Well if you are on a server your internet speeds could be an issue. Unless that 15,29 is not meant to be 15.29 that would be an issue because your communication with a server is slowed down by that speed.
Could test this in SP to see if the same issues occur.

I do not use AMD so not familiar with how good your CPU/GPU are. Can not comment to if they are enough to run the game.
Keep an eye on your RAM usage however where you have plenty if you have internet browsers open and other things that all uses RAM but unlikely your issue.

I am on linux with nvidia but I have the same problem, the game runs fine for a bit but after a bit of time drops to 10-20 fps no matter the settings.

You can of course call the game bugged and wait for the fix. Before that though I would consider what YOU can do to fix the issue. Choice is yours. I offer help/advice but people that want to play the blame game are free to do so.

"do not come to Tech support as no one can help you here." What a statement 😂

Hi,
I want to clearly distance myself from the previous reply. I find that kind of emotional and personal tone completely inappropriate in a tech support channel, especially when someone chooses to respond voluntarily.

That aside, this issue is unfortunately very difficult to diagnose over Discord. Severe FPS drops after a few minutes of gameplay could point to VRAM exhaustion, but there are multiple possible causes.

I’m running an NVIDIA GPU myself. We play Icarus on three different PCs with varying specs, so I can’t reliably comment on AMD-specific GPU issues. On one system we experienced similar behavior, which ultimately turned out to be low-quality RAM that couldn’t run XMP, creating a CPU-side bottleneck.

That’s about as much as I can add here. I hope you’re able to track down the cause and get back to enjoying the game.
