I have a problem with the game, when I put reinforced glass on it crashes and if my friend or the one I'm playing with doesn't remove the glass, I can't get back in. Is there a solution?

Just a shot in the dark. Are you using mods? Did you tried to validate your game files via steam? Never heard about this issue myself.

RETRY FAILED means could not read .pak file (due to RAM OC or otherwise).
