Could we please get some sort of landing/launch pad for the exotic extraction drop pod. I feel like a lot of us prospectors have pun in enough work on our bases for those to keep doing damage each time they are called in.

There has been mentions of such a thing a couple of times in the Future Content in the patch notes
No timeframe yet though

Try placing down a second OEI, use that to call in the drop pod, it usually lands in a different spot.....if not try moving the second OEI until it lands somewhere you prefer.

Yes, good point but second OEI will still have a circle area of where the POD comes down so it would have to be vary far away from your base. There is also the problem of "Mission resupplies" dropping right on the head of the host server player. Say your friend is hosting the group game and has travelled back to their base and you call in a resupply mission POD then it will drop on your friend head while they are in their base. Same problem.
