#Crash causes mount to vanish

My sister and I have been playing on the "Argos: Exploration" mission. Twice now she has been riding a mount, once was her horse once was my buffalo, and her game crashes to desktop with some error about allocation. When she loads back in the mount she was riding just disappeared from the game along with everything it had on it.

what is her graphics card? and the amount of memory it has?

I asked, I had figured it was memory but the disappearing mounts that never come back sucked.

so I think in your case it is a VRAM issue - the amount or VRAM used by the computer and game

you could tweak some settings like textures

and set to 2000

default is 4500

#

this is vram allocation

How do I pull the crash report?

look for date and time

along side of the file location

according to my source: Documents/My Games/Icarus then the file generated

Same twice happened with me: mount disappear after crash while i ride on it (i have playing as teammate, not a host). Host and me not see mount on the map, after reload (with save before) mount not appear... 😕

if you are unsure about the most recent backup having the mount go back 2 backups
