The Analyzer somehow doesn't recognize the water or energy network it is conencted to. The symbols just blink, sometimes it updates the quest steps but then they are quickly not checked anymore.
We've tried with biofuel and energy water pump there should be eneough energy from the generator.
We have no idea anymore other than that this quest is bugged.
Any help?

Have you tried holding F to turn on the Analyzer?

Yes, that doesn't do anything
We have also tried nultiple times to reapply the cable network both from the analyzer to the water & energy and the other way around
