mine is super blury when i load in but my graphics are set to epic and it goes away after 30 seconds while everything loads

using neither

in the screenshot above it was using fsr but i disabled it which helped a bit but foliage still looks a bit grainy and blurry to me

using either (especially FSR) can definitely result in blurry image quality. You can try using DLSS and increasing the sharpness?

my gpu is a 7800 XT so i cannot use dlss

and unfortunately no AMD FSR 3.1 support yet
