Im playing open world on Prometheus currently and am doing the Miasmic Resources misson. I have constructed all necessary items and have placed them in a base but the quest wont register the Organic Residue Cleanser and the Advanced Alteration Bench
#Is anyone else having trouble getting the game to register deployables in missions?

Strange problems have been encountered in this mission for a long time. You need to move objects back and forth inside the quest circle, preferably closer to the center, and then everything counts.
