Just started a new desert mission and the lander has spawned into an illegal location, immediately counting down and killing character immediately. On respawn, I'm unable to reach the lander or the equipment, because the zone is "off-limits".. clearly a bug, but any ideas on how to retrieve gear and reach lander?
Rather ominous, I noticed it's not showing the corpse either...

I had this happen to me as well. I've also had the lander not spawn, just me at the edge of the atmosphere followed by a long fall to the planet lol.

I also had this happen earlier today. Was lucky that I was quick enough to immediately return to station, aborting the mission.
