Hi, I recently moved house but had no wifi. I launched the game offline to see if I could play solo. The game loaded up but when I pressed play nothing happened. I closed it. 3 weeks later we now have WiFi. I've launched the game and am now reset fully. My charater is gone. I was level 45+ and had done lots of missions with my friends. Can this be reset or is it gone forever?

most of what you have there is from today, but some is from 12/20. so, yeah, if it gives you the option to revert to steam cloud, might help. but before you do, look at the cloud and see waht it has. https://store.steampowered.com/account/remotestorageapp/?appid=1149460
should be dates telling you how old the files are.

Ye was 20th I started it with no internet. Would have been started with internet end of Nov/Start od Dec

okay, that's pre-migration
so, if your data is online from pre-migration, just launch the game and use the <TEMPORARY>Force Migration button at the bottom.

now your correct information will be on Steam.
so, steam cloud should keep you synced. Make a copy of the PlayerData folder (and all its contents) as a backup, if you like.
but if you force migration again, it'll sync you back to what you had in November. you'll lose any progress to make at this point.
