hello... it seems my data missing on outpost list

All outpost info is stored locally (%localappdata%\Icarus\Saved\Outposts)
If that folder gets corrupted, or plain isn't there (for example if you switch to another computer), you won't see your outpost(s)
Make a regular backup of above folder in order to keep your outposts safe.

can i post that file here? i did try to share here but got deleted automatically

the file is there in my local drive but.. in the game outpost not listed

The file might have gotten corrupted?

What you could do (but no guarantees):

Copy the file
Create a new outpost with the same settings and name
Quit the game
Delete the new file and give the old file the old name

This won't help if the file is corrupt though...

That sounds like a file corruption.
In which case your outpost is gone... 😟
