If you start working, always contribute to the 401k most places default to 3% but you can drop it to 1% any amount will be good. Don't enroll to college right now since FASA is currently frozen with all the politics stuff. Either go to trade school or do certifications unless you want to do something SUPER specific but certifications will get you a job within a year. Trades are worth it tho if you can handle labor. Stay living at home as long as your parents let you, save up money and buy necessities for like an apartment then save up for first months rent + security deposit after. Buying the necessities first will help you out so much in the long run

You don't gotta buy too much just the basics and put them in a box so you have them ready to go. Thrift stores and marketplace will be a good place to look for household stuff
