How do I do an A record?

networksolutions.com doesn't have ALIAS (cname) records. only A or CNAME

There are some providers that do not support CNAME Flattening, here's a list provided by Railway:

Yes, if your provider doesn't support it, the most easy way is to point the dns nameservers to cloudflare
