That's an application issue, not a Railway one
But how ?
The deployment are pass
How what? Your backend took too long to respond.
Then how it’s working from 1 year ? I host this backend form around 7+ months buddy
I not make any changes to code
You could be requesting a giant amount of data, some really inefficient blocking Postgres query, anything.
Took too long means something, took too long. What's the request you're making and what does it do.
Alright, I accept the issue in code.
Then why my simple another project is not running?
Let me share the project id
43652cca-e9d3-48d3-a9b3-9381ab420e51
Check this one pls this is also not working
Sometimes the api and the project works
And sometime the projects are not working in railway domains custom
I cannot do anything with a project ID.
What ???? Then why are you talking to me from here? This is nonsense. What should I do now?
You'll need to share logs, errors, etc
Everything is working fine logs and build are pass
Then what's not working?
I don’t now man so that why I come here
If I have understand the issue I can solve it 2
What do you see that has led you to the conclusion it isn't working. I'm not asking for the solution. I'm asking for the problem.
When you say it's "not working", what does that mean
Check the issue title buddy ! I deployed the repo in railway the project build are pass I selected the custom domain from default railway and when I open the url the url is not working it’s taking to long time to load
And after loading completed showing this
Please, don't call me buddy.
You told me that we moved on to a different project. Are we back on the first one?
Okay Sir not buddy
The issue I am facing in both projects I have only two projects in railway
Both are nodejs projects with mongoose
Great, so I'm going to give you the same response I gave you for the first one.
Took too long means something, took too long. What's the request you're making and what does it do.
I am Just requesting like api to give me data from mongoose database simple and it’s not giving me
The domains or url to time to load the code is simple
Can you create a debug log to measure the time taken for that mongoose request?
Are both the MongoDB database and your API located in the same region?
Sir I test in local development it’s taking 0000.1s mabe the issue is in railway I don’t no what is happening
Can you measure it on Railway so we can confirm that it is NOT the issue?
Let me share the screenshot so you can tell me where is the issue
Can I share the screenshot
In dm ?
I don't see how this is going to help. No, you can share it here.
Okay
This is second project live url: https://zilink-backend-production.up.railway.app
@brisk sleet pls check
Check this showing pending request on frontend side. It was working previously
Any errors on the backend?
What URL is your frontend hitting
I cannot tell you here Soory
So, it's not https://zilink-backend-production.up.railway.app/ ?
Sorry, frontend is hitting that
This is also private sir after that you need api endpoint i not tell you so that why
I share this to see the railway issue
The the request that's timing out isn't a request to https://zilink-backend-production.up.railway.app/ ?
I need the logs from the actual API...
That is this domain then... https://zilink-backend-production.up.railway.app/
Yeah but the backend domain sir
Frontend is another split project backend is split project

The final thing is should I share everything code repository’s if we still not find the issue of railway?
returns correctly and is responding. What is the issue?
Wow yeah it’s work on your side
But this is not working on my side this way ???
-# Scroll up
odd
I wonder if its a caching issue. Are you using cloudflare for DNS?
If so you can purge cache or enable development mode.
It’s work I think let me check on my side
It’s not caching issue
Yeah looks to be on your end 😁
Not working on my side
I think the issue mabe in internet 🛜 from my side 😅
Kidding my internet is okay
I not use dns or any thing it’s simple nodejs with mongoose db backend
@faint turret can I share screen on call ?
I think you can solve the issue
I'm sorry but as this is an application issue I'll leave it to the community
Application which one ?
Backend or frontend?
Or railway application ?
Application being your project
Ty @brisk sleet @faint turret for help
I think no
Let me find and test research everything deep. I think I waste time my and your guys
