When you log in and navigate to the dashboard, are you able to see your projects?
I delete my all project and logout
now I again login
and can't find the access to that plan

That could not have happened. Please try clearing your browser cache, then logging in with the method you have used in the past. Is it possible you have not paid your invoice?

Brody is a member of the Railway team. If he says that you deleted your account, you deleted your account.

Here is the metadata on why the Railway subscription was canceled.
If you don’t mind, I’d like to delete my current account and try signing up again using Gmail. After purchasing a plan, I’ll then log out and try logging back in using GitHub to see if the account gets overwritten or not.
I would like to avoid any more interaction from our side here, please do not delete accounts.

I traced the delete code, and there are only two places it ever gets called, from our Admin dashboard, and from that modal you showed.
And in this case - requestedByAdmin is set to false - showing that this was a user-initiated action.
