i've setup sqlite database using https://railway.app/template/jOiNFt this template so i dont see anywhere database url and what should i do? how to set it up?

i know sqlite is local file based database but cant a get access to that which is hosted somewhere?

i've 27mb BIN database and im building API for that and wanted to make approach on light database and i think sqlite3 would be good
