Service stuck in Building phase, tried re-deploying | Railway | Page 1

I have a service that was working fine, but I need to redeploy it because I changed some env vars, but I've re-deployed 3 times now, and every time it's stuck in the Building the image ... phase for over 10-15 mins.

how large is your project files?

Not very large, usually that stage takes 1-2 seconds, just looking at the previous build, #10 DONE 1.4s

I'm experiencing slowness even just loading the list of deployments, it takes over 10 seconds

And it's not my internet connection, I checked it with external tools

It's a next.js project, so without the .next folder, it's 2mb. The .next folder is 188mb
