Hi, my application is getting error 503, and show in my console a message from cors error, but my server anytime working normally, is railway with stability?

there was an incident a bit ago that caused 503 for already deployed services, a fix was rolled out, have you since redeployed your service?

Sometimes app is sleeping, and invoking it throws 503 Status error, which means app is not started. I have to redeploy or restart it manually. Any idea why?
