The docs state:
Usage limits are available for all users on the Pro plan and for users on the usage-based version of the Hobby plan.
If I'm not mistaken, I'm on the usage-based version of the Hobby plan (see img).
Yet I see no place where I can set limits/alerts.

Yeah but that's different because that's always a hard limit, with no prior alert.

as long as you have usage alerts enabled, you will get alert emails
