had to reset my database + reverted back to keycloak 22.0.1

hi @vagrant grove might consider changing keycloak version to 22.0.1? just so that new people deploying it doesn't find any errors.
i'll try to find what is causing this later.

Ideally the version should be set to a static version and the template maintainer should update it periodically

It "should" be working now, I've locked it 22.0.1

but I'm not able to deploy on railway for some reason it gets stuck like this.
I assume either me or the service is unstable, probably my internet connection
