Railway has been bouncing me around for some time now. I was made to pay $20 worth of debts which I was not really sure where it's coming from.
But the main issue currently is, I try to resubscribe but I can't. Each time I try both usage based and credit based, I couldn't process payment and yet I've been debited an extra $5 while I still don't have access to my projects.
I've sent several mails but to no avail. Please someone look into this.
