Please indicate which one is the amount that will be billed?

Please someone show me which amount is the billable one? I always look at the Current Usage panel at the top, which is now 7.64. Then I substract discount and credit amounts from it to get the actual billable amount.

But the amount 8.23 from the deleted projects is confusing to me. I cannot figure it out.

According to your screenshot, you have currently used $7.64 of usage. You have a $5.00 discount on your account, meaning you will be billed for $2.64 (according to your screenshot), and then you have $5.00 in credits, so (5.00 - 2.64 = 2.36 credits remaining) so your bill this month will be $0.00

Unless by the end of the month you go over $2.36 in additional credit usage”
