With changes to verification requirements and procedures following abuse of the system, an active GitHub account with frequent commit history and other activity is required to be able to get access to the Trial plan. Otherwise, you can just upgrade to the Hobby plan to get access to the service.

Could you check your card account to ensure that the payment went through? And you purchased the subscription and it’s saying you’re on it but the interface isn’t changing to reflect that?
