Understand that we can implement api key as well for our service layer, but it is little bit unfair when comes to ddos or anonymos attack from external. Our resource will by occupied.

I am wondering is there any security layer which front our services?

cloudflare worker? the worker process limit up to 10ms only. And it does not support TCP and nodemailer

it support TCP, it connectible to mongo atlas.

railway does not support running tcp servers is what i mean

if I hosting cloudflare worker http router -> railway domain?

no railway domains are public.
can you please clarify why you keep mentioning cloudflare workers after i mention cloudflare ddos protection
