Is there any packages I need to install first? Im trying to install railway cli via npm command but Im getting Error: TAR_BAD_ARCHIVE: Unrecognized archive format.

this isn't just you, the cli guy is aware of this issue, for now you can download it manually from the github releases or install it with scoop
