The Railway Deployment action that runs when publishing to main is blocking, and doesn't resolve. This is specifically in the case where the service I have on railway is watching a certain folder that doesn't get updated as part of the merge. Expected behavior would be for it to pass if nothing changed, not stay running / incomplete. This is blocking further downstream CD from completing (to Heroku in this case)

This is a known issue, please drop a suggestion in #872280333167517736 and it will be added to the roadmap

whats the expected timeline on this? This is blocking my entire deployment, if its not something yall are aiming to fix asap it might be easier to move to a different provider
