It looks like you need more GH activity in order for your account to be considered not new. As wyzlle said, you need: > 180 days + x amount of activity > no one knows what x exactly is. You can also link payment to verify, or use a visa gift card for payment.

You can't dispute the fraud protection of the GitHub verification. The only option to verify is described on the right which you did not screenshot, by upgrading to the dev plan.
