access updated code?

I recently switched to your app for hosting my discord bot, it's working perfectly fine and it's deployed through github. However, one of my commands is that it needs to write to a txt file and railway doesn't update github so therefore I cant manually keep track or open the txt file with the updated data. Is there a way I can access the code?

You cannot access that unless you upload those txt files somewhere else or use a database
