As Railway only give 500 hrs Execution Hours in Starter Plan, the app can't run for the whole month. Is it possible to make app sleep so I can save Execution Hours or is there any way to make the app active for the whole month with out upgrading to Developer plan?

No, Railway does not have a "sleep" mode for apps/databases. However, you can set execution hours to limit the amount of time your app is running.

No, the point of the free plan is as a trial. If you want to be able to use your app all month you'll have to upgrade

yeah, I think if they make developer plan to run for full month it would be great, like an actual free plan and not trial, I am moving from Heroku since they removed their free plans

And it's free as long as you stay under 5$ usage

oh okay, so it can run for a full month if usage is below 5?

#

it says $5 or 500 hrs which ever reach

#

"The Starter Plan includes $5 worth of resources across all of your projects for up to 500 hours, whichever runs out first"

#

I think this means that max is 20 days

I think you're confused, the starter plan and the developer plan are separate

#

The starter plan is the free plan. You have a 5$/500 hour limit. The maximum time you can run your projects is 21 days with this limitation

#

the developer plan is a paid plan. You have 5$ of free credits per month, any resources that you use over that 5$ you have to pay for

#

but it removes the 500 hour limit

oh yes, thank you, that makes sense

I thought the starter plan was the developer plan, my bad, so developer plan removes the 500 hr limit if you add credit card
