I am trying to host my website https://www.pythonanywhere.com , but it gives me an error that there is no connection to the database, although if you do it from my PC, everything works.
I'm still very weak in this area, so if I'm really stupid, you can safely point it out

if it works from your pc double check the connection details, if it's still not working you'll need to get a team member to restart your db for you (although there is a beta feature that lets you do this yourself i think)

I rebooted, but it still doesn't work, I don't even know what the problem might be...

#

Everything is clear in the logs

#

There are messages about the wrong password, but I checked everything, and everything is

#

I know that it's impossible and unsafe to do this, but I really don't understand what I'm doing wrong...

hmm this is different than the errors that required a restart

#

it says the password authentication failed but that does look like the right password

#

i'd recommend deleting those screenshots though

Are there any tips on what to do and to whom to write about such a problem?

i'd say try resetting the database credentials from the settings panel and then updating your app with those new ones

#

past that im not sure, maybe it's a different issue that a team member would need to look into

Nope. I even deleted the database, created a new one, and still the same thing.
Anyway, thanks for trying to helpcryingman
