No, it’s not documented, but basically you got rate limited for a bit.
Only the railway team can remove that rate limit

I understand the implementation of the rate limit. But this is unfortunate if one was having a real production issue and trying to debug or run other deployments. Perhaps an IP whitelist feature may be a good idea...
I'm in no rush here, was just trying out and figuring out the platform usages for my application.

Ultimately maybe there is a bug in the UI and how much requests it is sending. That would be my guess. Perhaps batching requests may be good? Or maybe the UI can have special rules applied for rate limits. Just throwing around ideas. I like the platform and want to do more on it.
