because from current Developer plan what I understand is that , You only pay for resource after you exceeds $5 resource which renews every month but usage based plan sounds like I have to buy credit every month to compensate the used resource so isn't it like I am paying more ?? ๐ค sorry if it sounds dumb but I really need to know about billing process before upgrading to another plan ๐

You'll have to buy $5 worth of credit once and it'll be carried over to next month unless you use 'em.
So, If you buy $5 worth of credit today. And don't exceed $5 free credit limit for 12 months. You won't have to pay anything.
