Now they have a promo every few months for only like 1000 people to win. I used to love and only use this app but lately found myself using Betr and PrizePicks since they have promos every day. I think the nfl first quarter drafts are probably a few rounds too long, maybe for second quarter it is 15 rounds? last 3 rounds are pretty much contingent players and Wr3/4s and people can just reach. drafts will fill faster

I second this. When on the main layout, we only see abbreviations of game teams. Me personally, idk each team lmao nor if it belongs to Val, LOL, Dota, etc off the bat. You have to click on the team then see the icon the team belongs to what game mode. It should be like it was before as exampled on my streak screenshot. It shows what game mode and the full team name!

Also, the money line feature is useless if you can only choose one at a time. And the obvious winning team you’ll get no higher than a 1.5 multiplier..
we should have Moneylines for major games too like tennis, soccer and basketball (when it comes back in season)

I'll be honest, I'm growing a little concerned. I've been a partner with Underdog for years now and I have been extremely vocal with my community and pushed Underdog as our preferred platform for a lot of great reasons you guys have given us over the last year or so. Underdog has done a lot of great things over this last year to really improve the user experience and I've been on the frontlines in advocating for the platform and being an ambassador for it. Hell, half my wardrobe is Underdog merch I've been sent as a partner over the years. But I can't help but feel a little concern at the moment for some morale.

In my opinion, and for whatever it's worth, I do not think changing the 1Q props like what happened overnight is an answer. I'd like to ask as a user, as a partner, and as someone who (imo) has their finger on the pulse of this community, that we at least keep our 1Q props for NFL season like we had last season and before that.

I hope this can be heard and taken under consideration.

Support wasn't always like this. Support has usually always been great. It's been one of the huge reasons why Underdog is a top platform.

Not only has support always been great because it was accessible but they always addressed our issues and taken care of them.

Having support not be as accessible, and when it is, having every answer be "that's just how it is", really reminds us of an other platform across the street. And one a lot of us got away from for a reason.

The rivals are one thing, the altenation props are another. The rescues not applying to all props is absurd as well. If a player leaves in the first half but doesn’t return in the second they’re rescued but since we’ve chose first half prop and/or first quarter prop we’re ineligible?

It appears that one of our issues that we addressed earlier has been resolved.

I just want to thank the Underdog team for listening and taking our concerns into consideration. It's a huge W for the platform and shows the player base they do have our back and willing to take care of us to give us the best user experience possible.

I hope that the team knows that I am here to represent our community in a positive way as to improve the platform, certainly not complain about it. We are here because we believe in the platform and recognize and note all the positive moves along the way. I stopped playing these types of deals and just either lower or raise the points on the players I want and accept the lower payout. I just got a 70% payoff boost just now and used this instead on baseball and will ignore the Lamar Jackson deal reveal lowering the passing and rushing yardage from 254.5 to 229.

I want to be able to click on a game and see all available projections without having to click individually into each player to see less popular projections. Tell me why I should keep spending money on Underdog. A percent of champions winnings goes to bonus cash, so you have to keep playing to fully realize your winnings. Underdog shadily changed the platform so bonus cash is no longer the default payment source. You can't use bonus cash on entries with Gimme picks. It's almost as if Underdog is intentionally making it harder to use bonus cash in hopes it expires and they can effectively extract more money out of people.

This was a recent change. Previously bonus funds would be used first for any bet promo or not so making a $10 deposit with a 25% bonus, the 2.50 bonus money would be used first for a promo bets, gimme picks etc. and all funds (original bet and winnings) would be automatically withdrawable. Once they changed this I posted that I would never take advantage of a deposit bonus and just play out my account. With my recent cold spell this could be happening soon 😉. With the new changes you have to win the promo bet first then win another time with bonus funds a parlay with no advantage.

For promo bets you don't get the entire amount of your initial as withdrawable funds for a win. Part of your inital bet also gets downgraded to bonus money. I thought the amount was 25% of your inital bet but now I have cases where is more than 25% of the initial bet. To compensate this Underdog is giving more gimme chances (seems like 2 - 3 a week now). Before the change where all the money won and bet on a gimme was withdrawable and bonus funds could be used for ALL picks (not just non promos) there were not that many gimme offers (once every 2 months especially for big sporting events). So this is the new marketting stratedgy.

I’m not sure what happened but the mobile app is defaulting back to Max Payout even though I have Flex selected as my default setting. The only thing that changed is I started using browser based picks the last few days. The correlation may be that the stupid Browser version doesn’t have this same preference setting and annoyingly always defaults to Max. My Experience with Underdog – Be Careful
Just wanted to share my experience with Underdog because it’s been brutal.
Go on Reddit and you’ll see the same complaint over and over—same usernames winning every sport, especially in MLB drafts (Jabaconator is one you see constantly). I get that people with big bankrolls can mass-enter, but for a newer platform, it already feels like the playing field isn’t level.
I really started to notice things after I got my first big win in drafts. After that, anytime I drafted a strong lineup, it would get cancelled. This happened about five times.
I reached out to support—got nothing but canned responses like “there are many reasons a lineup can be cancelled.” No real explanation. Then suddenly, I get passed to someone who decides to limit my account to $100 deposits per month for 90 days. No warning. No discussion. This basically killed my NFL season on Underdog. And to make it worse—my lineup that won $85 was gone, and I couldn’t even re-enter it.
I’m not saying Underdog is outright cheating—but it absolutely felt like once I won and I wasn’t one of the “regular” winners, I got flagged. Anyone with a tech background knows accounts can be monitored or quietly restricted.
Also—watch drafts filling in real-time. The same high-volume players often get prime draft slots. Reddit is full of people saying the platform feels fixed (even if it still pays out).
Add in stories about frozen accounts and winnings being held, and yeah—trust is a problem.
Bottom line:
Underdog needs better support, more transparency, and to stop making unilateral decisions against regular players. Worst customer experience I’ve had on a DFS site. And yes—I feel like I got robbed of at least that $85.
Just a heads-up to anyone using them—be careful.

I am writing this to try to help UD and I really suggest you guys take this advice… UD needs to step it up and make SEVERE upgrades, few examples are taking forever to withdraw when other apps are instant, paying WAY LESS for the EXACT SAME PICKS as other apps (go ahead and test it), FLEX entries being useless (pays 0.2x for 7/8), UD have no options to cashout early like other apps they only have the confusing and pointless “rollover” option for when team picks are mixed with player props, UD does not do “rescues” for certain leagues like college ball (LIKE WHY!?), MULTIPLIERS ARE LOWERED when using BONUSES, plus A LOTT MORE but these are the MAIN ISSUES THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED if UD ever wants to be in the same league as PP or DK.

That's good feedback, I'll pass along to the team. TL;DR the main restrictions for squad boosts are:

• Must have minimum of 3 selections (eg Pick 2s don't qualify)
• The entry cannot have another promo on it, or be using bonus funds or bonus entries.
