I was having a chat with one of your support members who was amazing to work with. But while talking with him I had a few ideas about ways to better improve rescues and the overall policy of how to determine whether a player should be treated as normal or voided (rescued and voided for the purpose of this is the same)

There's better ways than an arbitrary inclusion/excusion based on the half for player injuries...

a couple off the top of my head:

1. you could take the current projection of the player(i.e. in game lines that underdog already offers) when injured and if it is higher than the line selected, you void
2. you could look at player minutes played with respect to their standard play time - anything less than 66% gets rebooted (i.e. if a player plays 30 mins on avg, anything under 20 mins is voided)

Personally, i would like if we could possibly have rescues done for soccer ? If a player gets injured in the first half, the pick gets rescued. I don’t know of any apps doing this right now but i think its a little unfair for us soccer bettors to lose slips due to injuries that happen in first half of the game.

Also, i wished there was some consistency with the board. For example, most games have player props such as shots, goals, assists, saves while other matches have those along with passes, tackles and fouls additional to it . Is there a particular reason as to why?

Almost every app is finishing up categories such as passes, tackles, fouls, clearances for MLS. Meanwhile UD is still halted @ shots, saves, & goals. By the way UD provided full boards for mls all of last year. Not asking for anything different year. Please at the bare minimum just copy and paste the props onto ud for us strictly UD users 🙏🏾

Pass props for games in La liga, serie a, Bundesliga, Ligue 1. Four Big time leagues that UD is no stranger to.

Something that would separate yall from the other apps would be adjusting the void policy for injuries. Just cause a dude comes into the game in the second half if he’s only in for a minute before he gets injured and misses the whole rest of the game dude should still get voided. At the least there should be a little more leniency when it comes to the void policy for injuries. If yall announced injury voids for even just through the third quarter that would make a ton of difference and make people want to use your app more than others

My streak tennis prop has already been graded an L by the system, but per UD tennis rules, when a match is suspended (this was suspended due to rain in Romania) the prop won’t be finalized until the end of the match. So, I have to sit on this L for 12+ hours until they resume. If the system already has marked it a loss, it should be fully graded as a loss then so I can start a new streak.

The website doesn’t allow you to play streaks on it. Why hasn’t this been added?

While your app issues with the track tab are being navigated, if you just allowed streaks to be play them via the website it would be no big deal.

But it is a big deal because until this track tab issue is solved people with streaks in progress cannot continue on. It’s not like we can freeze time @terse otter please speak on this as over 40 people have been in these chats asking about streaks and the track tab.

I open a request at 11 about you guys having the incorrect match times for cs matches that are supposed to start at 11:30. Lautaro Martinez went off at halftime for an injury but because rescues don’t apply for soccer, I’ve been told I don’t get a rescue or refund. It doesn’t make much sense to me (particularly since soccer players are voided if they don’t start, even if they sub on and hit their bet). Really think the NBA rule (didn’t play the second half due to injury) would be pretty sensible.

The soccer board has been completely demolished and now Underdog only offers a percentage of the props they used to provide. It’s very demoralizing looking at what is being offered because the options are unplayable compared to other platforms. Props are only being offered to take the overs on inflated lines. You can take the same player and go to another platform and they will have a better priced line as well as the ability to go over or under instead of being forced to only take overs on inflated props. First streaks are stripped from us, now 80% of the soccer board was too and we’re left with scraps no one wants

Is there any updates on private drafts?

I know there's a number of users (myself included) who like to draft with friends and not having private drafts makes it difficult to coordinate anything. There's a number of streamers who also find it challenging to engage with their followers/subscribers when doing draft streams.

With the NFL season fast approaching, I'm hopeful this comes back sooner than later.

When there are rivals on Underdog and a matchup ends in a tie, and the player chose the negative adjustment, the player should still be rewarded with a payout, not a refund.

The next season for the big European leagues is approaching within 30 days. Please don’t go into still offering only higher for passes… this soccer team has been doing this since end of May.

That is more than enough time to work out kinks and fix their models / algorithms. 2 AND A HALF MONTHS

Please don’t continue be the only app in the entire U.S that only offers overs or “higher” for passes attempted.

This app has taken a nosedive lately, I used to make multiple plays every day and since mid-june I have only made about 4 in total.

Decline in Gameplay: It started with the shift away from standard lines to moving to multipliers 1.05-1.1x and 0.9x. Then it moved to stop offering 2-way lines, started with FIFA and then I started noticing it in F1.
App performance: not sure if this is only an issue for the canadian app or for me but the app is just unusable, slow loading times to load the lines. Navigating the tabs is just painful. If I even find lines I wanted to play, I can't do so because of limitations of the app, even on desktop I have location issues that prevent me from placing anything (for reference, I don't have this issue on other similar apps)
Platform & Promo Issues: I see so many offers posted on twitter or here in the discord and I have not received any, compared to competitors that offer consistent promos for their users.
Availability of lines affecting community engagement: The best part of this app was last April, I remember we were able to request lines for passes, clearances, key passes, saves, etc. for FIFA and the UD team would respond and try their best to put lines up. #┆⚽・soccer was live with people requesting and chatting about the available lines.

Honestly this app was one of my favourites before but I think it's likely I stop using it and stop recommending it to my friends.

active drafts page is going stale after a pick and throwing an error at a higher frequency that hasn't been seen for a while. Essentially what happens is you make a pick, the page doesn't update it, you click refresh and it throws an error.

Also, why does basically every other sport/event get posted a day or more in advance but BKFC sometimes doesn't get posted until a couple hours prior to the event, or not at all? Other combat sports like UFC, Boxing, PFL and even Power Slap get posted more in advance than BKFC. Not only that, but BKFC themselves post articles directing people to UD every event and sometimes you don't even offer lines.

I believe there should be adjustment on streaks.

The Rescue rule shouldn’t necessarily apply on streaks as there is no grace and is on the equivalent scale of being graded as a lost. In terms of injuries I do think the same format to grade a rescue should follow but however instead of rescuing can you reboot/void for streaks?

As the grace to have a freebie isn’t the same as losing a streak that you are 6-7 or even 9 picks in, which is unfair turnaround..

Ex:

Rescue Picks 1-3
Void Picks 4-11
