I maxed out my $10 big boards a while back and you never offered anything else besides the $100 biggest boards that are only 3 max and don't interest me. So I've had to go elsewhere for more reasonably priced bestball drafts. Your big board is now almost full. The app is VERYY slow to load. I don’t know if it’s my phone or my internet but the app takes around 10 seconds to load the board. When I want to see my live picks, it takes an extra 10 seconds to load all the live picks. This isn’t just on the phone, it also on my desktop. I’ve been having this problem ever since I’ve been playing on underdog and it aggravates me to the point where I just use another DFS app just because it loads quicker

There’s a glitch on the app that’s really messing with the UX heavily. Every other time you open the app , at least for me, the live tab just shows the loading circle and never populates. The only way to get it back is to kill the app. So if you’re doing research and creating a slip, you literally have to restart every time. This has been happening for nearly a month now

I do not care if the Promo gets bumped. What I do think would be very easy is to have us be able to split the Promo to get to the max. In other words, if the max on a Promo is $10, let us make two $5 entries or however many we need to get to the max. UD's computer programming is 2nd to none so I think this would be EZ. All that said, UD is as good as any Pick Em App out there.

Payout boosts needing to be displayed as a separate prop feels very counterintuitive, it adds an extra layer of bloat to the board and makes little sense when lower payouts don’t follow same rule. Have submitted plays going opposite way because of it and it makes trying to wrap my head around boards sometimes miserable when there’s multiple cases on same player

I absolutely love Underdog and am a huge supporter of everything y'all do, but the Android Mobile experience is absolutely brutal and has been for the last 2 years.

When it notifies you of your pick, it doesn't load in time for you to actually make the pick. Exit the draft to do something else on your phone? You can't even re-enter the draft. It never catches up to the picks. I have to use the desktop version on my phone for the rest of the draft.

It looks great and has a phenomenal layout, but the performance is not up to industry standards. I hope this finally gets remedied in the near future.

I’m not a UX designer or genius of any kind but the contests like the sprint and marathon being hidden on a side scroll with no arrow on the home page makes it really hard to find. They so rarely fill for fasts. Maybe a drop down under the NFL tab for “special contests” or something to make them easier to find? I have done thousands of UD drafts and it took me 10 minutes to find them while looking today. Then sat for 20 minutes at 4/12 and no fill came so bailed. Again, an expert by no means but the Sprint is an unplayable contest unless you’re a pro waiting all day for a fill or have a job you can draft at any second.

Yes. A knockout is a specific method of finish/victory. You would already get the points for the finish victory in whatever round it occurs in. So if you knock someone out in round 1, you get 50 pts. Knockouts can occur with no knockdown though, which may be where this suggestion is coming from? If it's 'Esports' that's because they are manually graded by a team of just a few people, and because there can be dozens of matches a day, and overnight. Like there is physically a person going through and checking all of these, and unfortunately that takes time. We are working on automating a few of these for things like LoL and Val, but those stat providers aren't able to grade every game for some weird international regulatory reasons (it's a weird set up). So all I can say is that we appreciate your patience when placing Esports picks, because it's a very manual and time consuming process to grade them.

Nothing saying you can't offer a .9x over/1.05x under at straight pick 'em like it used to be, but as a company you have chosen not to make that offering and change the odds, which is your right to do. But don't think we don't notice the payout shifts. I agree with everyone else here. Less options at straight pick 'em is MUCH MORE desired than more options at worse odds.

To me it feels like we are being nickel and dimed, and it's a turn off for the product user experience. In a metaphor, I would compare it to if Starbucks began to charge users for their cup, ice, and whipped cream when buying a drink. The buyer already knows it's an expensive cup of coffee with high margins, but they are now having to pay for cups and ice? Even if the charge was small it would still be a turn off. That how I compare the 1.04x and .97x payout changes.

Please reduce the amount of 10% tokens. With all due respect, it's a boring promo that that's been way over utilized, especially this week. 30% boost should be the minimum, and I'd rather have a sweat free token or an additional free pick token over 20 10% boosts. I know your discounts haven't been hitting, but instead of removing discounts for a week, give us discount tokens that'll let us reduce 20% off any line (besides touchdowns, homeruns, interceptions, etc. For obvious reasons). This way we can only blame ourselves if the discount chalks. I love the amount of promos you guys drop, but lately we've had too many "filler" promos, and at that point it just gets annoying. I'm not trying to be rude, just trying to offer some constructive criticism. Love the app; keep up the hard work.

anytime i add the token to a player it just says the player isn’t eligible - i’ve tried arod pickens wilson ferguson and none work
