hi guys
my current progressions are
2 second L sit
3 perfect pushups
1 pullup
heck yeah
I'm looking for someone to hepl me with programming since i've been getting very mixed results
i got linked this reddit post here
and i'm not to sure what to think of it
because i got reccomended ANOTHER program
where i was told to just do 3 sets every day and make the last set a drop set
so today i'm gonna figure it out ๐
my physique is looking pretty average
or
not pretty avergae
it kind of sucks considering i'm only 14
but i'm geting there ๐ช
i've tried bodybuilding and calisthenics, calisthenics is mainly what i'm focused on right now because i was told that it is better to do before going to the gym
my diet kinda sucks
i drink a whole lot of water and am a former long distance runner ๐โโ๏ธ
i also play basketball
so i'm looking to include plyometrics into my routine
not sure what kind of plyometrics to do though considering i only know what the term is and not the specifics

this was my 3rd set so my form was a little off on the last rep
but this is pretty much my max
my pull up max
pretty underwhelming tho
muscle imbalance went crazy on this one

my muscle imbalance is pretty crazy
any tips on fixing that?

Maybe it will get better when youre stronger
It may not even be an imbalance
You just dont have stre gth to complete the movement in good form
